Intermittent Fasting has become a very popular method for those who are looking to lose weight and to do it rather fast. If you are not sure what intermittent fasting is here is a quick definition.
Intermittent Fasting is basically where you get all of your needed daily calories in a specified window of time. Usually it is an 8 hour window but some may do a 6 or even a four hour eating window. When not in the eating window period you are fasting. You do not want to take in any calories when fasting.
