I have recently been introduced to a new strategy for getting rid of that stubborn body fat. It is called “Intermittent Fasting”. I guess this has been around for a while but it really caught my attention as of late. The theory and science behind it is fairly simple. Basically you will fast 12-16 hours a day. I know that may sound crazy to some but I’m currently doing it and believe me it’s not that hard to do. Fasting this long will allow your body to regroup as well burn more fat. Make sense? It really does! The longer you fast the more time your body has time to get rid of that stubborn fat that you may have been trying to get rid of a while. Like I said 12- 16 hours is the recommended fasting time. There’s no need to go overboard. Now when it is time to eat you will want to get all of your necessary calories (healthy meals) to meet your body goals whether it be for bulking purposes or cutting purposes.
