We do each exercise hard for 20 seconds then 10 seconds rest in between. Workout is complete after we go through every exercise twice. Fun Partner Workout!!
In this video we are doing a 4 minute Tabata style partner workout. This is where we do 4 different partner exercises. We do each one hard for 20 seconds with a 10 second rest in between each exercise. Once you go through all 4 exercises twice your workout is complete! You can do this fat burning workout with a friend or a spouse and push each other throughout the whole workout.
