In this video we are doing a 4 minute Tabata style partner workout. This is where we do 4 different partner exercises. We do each one hard for 20 seconds with a 10 second rest in between each exercise. Once you go through all 4 exercises twice your workout is complete! You can do this fat burning workout with a friend or a spouse and push each other throughout the whole workout.
